Activhandi: Accessibility in Motion

Activhandi was born from a simple but powerful idea: to make outdoor adventure truly inclusive and accessible to all. Founded by mountain and sports enthusiasts, the organization connects people with disabilities to adapted leisure activities and travel experiences in nature.

Through its two initiatives, Activhandi (the platform promoting accessible sports and leisure) and ActivExperience (offering adapted travel experiences in the mountains of France and abroad), the team works to remove barriers — physical, social, and cultural — that prevent people from fully experiencing the outdoors.

From adaptive skiing and kayaking to hiking, cycling, and gastronomic discoveries, each program is designed with care, combining accessibility, comfort, and a love for local territories. At the same time, Activhandi supports municipalities and tourism actors in their inclusive transition, helping them make public spaces, trails, and events more welcoming for everyone.

With Activhandi, inclusion is not an add-on — it’s a shared way of living and exploring the mountains together.
