TravaPowa Action Trips

A TravaPowa Action Trip is a low environmental impact, high positive social impact journey designed by TravaPowa to tackle urgent social and environmental challenges and make sustainable travel accessible to European youth.

These trips are developed in partnership with relevant organisations and funded by entities wishing to demonstrate their commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
They primarily target young Europeans aged 18-30, as well as employees and families of sponsoring companies.

The activities and themes of TravaPowa Action Trips tackle critical issues of our time, all aligned with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the values promoted by the European Union. Participants engage in meaningful projects with measurable results in areas such as:

• Accessibility and travel for all
• Sport for all
• Diversity & Inclusion
• Gender equality
• Decarbonization and emission reduction
• Sustainable food production
• Slow travel

.. and much more.

Each trip is crafted to leave a lasting positive impact on both participants, society and environment. Success indicators are collaboratively defined by the ESG/CSR accounting organisation and TravaPowa, and outcomes are reviewed by the TravaPowa Community of Travellers for transparency and continuous improvement.

TravaPowa also offers the possibility to design custom trips based on specific themes upon request.
